Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (AA) in Physical Education or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through initial and progressive training in flexibility, aerobic conditioning, and strength.
• Instruct fitness and aerobic classes weekly.
• Teach proper stretching, strengthening, and aerobic exercise.
• Monitor classes, providing constructive assistance.
