Job summary

City of Green River is seeking part-time fitness instructors to lead adult group classes such as water aerobics, Zumba, and land aerobics under supervision.

Applicants must hold current CPR and First Aid, have area certifications, be at least 15, and be able to work with a diverse public. The position is part-time and outdoors-friendly with variable hours according to the recreation schedule.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Certifications in Zumba, Group Cycling, Pump 'N Flex, Water Aerobics, etc. preferred.
• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Any combination of education, training, and experience that would provide necessary instruction skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruct patrons in specialized recreational group fitness classes (i.e., water aerobics).
• Interact with patrons in a professional manner.
• Adhere to program supervisor directions and City policies.
