Job summary

Ymca Of Metropolitan Dallas seeks a part-time Group Exercise Instructor to lead classes at a corporate location. You will follow scheduled formats, manage attendance records, and communicate announcements as directed by the supervisor.

Ideal candidates demonstrate proper technique, safety awareness, and ability to adapt to a changing environment. CPR/First Aid and safety trainings are required, with certification from YMCA or partners.

Qualifications

• Must be able to teach / lead exercise classes.
• Must be able to create / follow choreography.
• Must be able to build relationships with members and participants while being highly motivating.
• Must be committed to the YMCA mission and core values.

Responsibilities

• Teach group exercise class in a corporate location.
• Keep accurate attendance records.
• Make announcements as requested by director.
• Report faulty equipment to supervisor.
