Job summary

Crunch Fitness in the United States is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe, and effective classes that motivate members while creating a fun and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities include delivering classes according to Crunch format guidelines, attending instructor training, addressing member requests, and upholding the uniform policy and required education/certification standards within the club.

Qualifications

• Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Attend Crunch instructor training and deliver classes according to Crunch class format guidelines.
• Address member requests or forward them to a manager as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch mission statement.
• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag.
• Understand and follow all club and facility policies and procedures.
