Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid, and current YMCA-group exercise certifications. A flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualificações

• Requires current adult CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Must hold current National Group Exercise certifications (ACE, ACSM, AFAA, or YMCA).
• Familiar with Orientation to Healthy Living at the Y and Principles of Member Health & Wellness.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver safe, fun, dynamic group exercise classes.
• Provide outstanding hospitality to all members and guests.
• Greet participants, orient new participants, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensure safety by inspecting equipment and reporting needs.
• Maintain attendance and participate in training sessions and meetings.
