The Bay Club Company in Seattle is seeking a Group Exercise Instructor to deliver diverse group classes with engaging, creative formats while maintaining safety and high service standards. You will foster an inviting environment, educate members, and adapt to evolving fitness needs.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, professionalism, and participation in events; weekend/holiday hours may be required to serve members at the Bay Club locations.

Qualifications

• Current Group Exercise certification from ACE, AFAA, ACSM, or equivalent.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Minimum two years of group exercise experience.
• Professional, friendly demeanor and excellent customer service abilities.
• Sales and Marketing knowledge for promoting services.
• Problem solving and deductive reasoning abilities.
• Computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Provide a wide variety of classes to a discerning fitness population.
• Ensure classes are of the highest content quality, safety and physical challenge.
• Present innovative, entertaining and fun classes.
• Remain open and attentive to changing fitness needs of members.
• Deliver an exceptional experience to members, guests and Associates.
• Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate.
• Participate in events, programs, meetings and training.
• Represent the club professionally through image, dress and communication.
