Crunch Fitness in Salisbury, NC seeks a part-time Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe classes for members of all levels. You will uphold Crunch standards, complete required certifications, and maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere in every session.

Responsibilities include delivering classes per the Crunch format, staying updated on safety policies, and providing excellent member service. The role offers growth through ongoing training and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of group fitness experience required.
• Certification in general class formats (ACE/AFAA/NASM) required.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and engaging group fitness classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements.
• Follow Crunch policies and procedures.
• Represent the Crunch brand with professional conduct.
• Address member requests or escalate to a manager when needed.
• Attend instructor trainings and deliver classes per Crunch guidelines.
