Crunch Fitness in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe, and inclusive classes, helping members achieve results and have fun.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of group fitness experience, and nationally accredited certifications plus CPR/AED. You will deliver classes, maintain education, and provide excellent member service in a fast-paced gym environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of group fitness experience required.
• Experience leading multi-level exercise classes for participants of all fitness levels.
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements.
• Understand and follow all policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch mission statement.
• Address member requests or forward them to a manager as needed.
• Maintain a professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club and facility policies and procedures.
• Attend Crunch Instructor training and deliver classes according to Crunch class format guidelines.
