Job summary

Müv Fitness in Portland is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor to lead a variety of classes, greet members warmly, and foster an energetic, welcoming atmosphere for all participants.

Role requirements include a Group Exercise Certification and CPR, plus the ability to design safe, engaging workouts. You will arrive early, manage attendance, and help members modify moves as needed to fit their goals.

Qualifications

• Six months teaching experience with certification.
• Group Exercise Certification and CPR required.
• Specialty certifications (Spin, Yoga, Pilates, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Arrive for class at least 5 minutes before start; end on time.
• Greet members with a positive, professional attitude.
• Introduce yourself to the class and maintain a team mindset.
• Assist new participants with setup and changes as needed.
• Demonstrate techniques and provide safe modifications.
• Keep the group exercise room organized and log attendance.
• Take and log attendance by end of day.
