Hunterdon Healthcare seeks a Group Exercise Instructor to lead fitness classes while ensuring a safe environment for all participants. This role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and dependability. Candidates are required to have a High School Diploma and relevant certifications, fostering a supportive community in northwest New Jersey.
Instructs group exercise class(es),taking into consideration varying abilities of the clientele while providing continual observation and direction to ensure a safe exercise area
Primary Position Responsibilities

Recognizes a safe environment and the safe execution of activities being performed is the priority for all members and guests.

Dedication to customer service by promoting a friendly atmosphere and keeping all members engaged.

Recognizes good communication and keeping all well-informed is the key to smooth operations.
4.
Recognizes consistency in programming and instructor dependability is important for member satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification from accredited agency for Group Exercise Instruction

1-2 years of prior group exercise instruction experience
License, Registry or Certification :
Required:
CPR/AED certification (or must be completed within 60 days of hire)
Certification from accredited agency for Group Exercise Instruction

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Consistent and dependable.
