Position: Part-time Group Exercise Instructor

Shift: Varies, Variable shift

Position Summary

Instructs group exercise classes, considering the varying abilities of participants while providing continual observation and guidance to ensure a safe exercise environment.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Prioritize safety by recognizing a safe environment and proper execution of activities for all members and guests.
2. Promote excellent customer service by fostering a friendly atmosphere and engaging members.
3. Maintain clear communication and keep all parties well-informed to ensure smooth operations.
4. Ensure consistency in programming and instructor dependability to enhance member satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
