Base pay range

$70.00/hr - $70.00/hr

LIVunLtd is seeking experienced, energetic, and exceptional Group Fitness Instructors to join our growing team! As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will motivate participants and teach scheduled classes. We are looking for instructors skilled in disciplines such as Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Sculpt, Dance Cardio, Bodyweight Training, HIIT, Strength, Core Conditioning, and Stretch + Recovery.

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare warm-up, class content, stretching, and cool down.
• Reliably teach scheduled classes on time.
• Build positive relationships with participants through engaging classes.
• Educate on correct form and modify exercises as needed.
• Stay updated with fitness trends and adapt to participants' needs.
• Engage with members before and after classes.
• Prepare music and equipment for classes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Set a positive tone and energy level for classes.
• Follow LIVunLtd policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Wear approved uniforms for each location.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in teaching group fitness and current CPR, AED, and relevant certifications.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable about fitness.
• Ability to train in multiple specializations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Available to teach indoor, outdoor, and virtual classes.

Compensation
