Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to engage and motivate members through fun and results-focused workouts. Responsibilities include answering participant questions, maintaining class schedules, and ensuring a positive atmosphere.

Job description

Core Purpose

To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Essential Purpose

Engage and "wow" our members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun results-focused group workout where everyone feels successful.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate must be capable of answering questions and concerns of participants, solicit feedback about the class, be dependable and consistent in class schedule starting and ending times, maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members, while promoting the gym and Group Fitness classes.

Requirements for Success

Required Certifications

• MUST have a Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification
• MUST have a valid CPR/AED Certification

Hourly Pay Range

$15—$30 USD
