To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Essential Purpose

Engage and "wow" our members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun results focused group workout where everyone feels successful.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and concerns of participants.
• Solicit and incorporate feedback about classes.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members while promoting the gym and group fitness classes.
• Ensure class schedule consistency, starting and ending times.
• Maintain group fitness studio cleanliness.
• Perform building and equipment maintenance and safety checks.
• Engage in continuing education to stay current with fitness trends and certifications.
• Deliver energetic, motivational, and musically-accurate instruction, staying on the beat.
• Provide clear cues and communicate effectively with members and teammates.
• Collaborate with teammates and jump into any task to ensure smooth operation.
• Report incidents/injuries promptly and maintain safety records.
• Meet class size and timeliness accountabilities.
