Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor in Hurst, Texas, who is passionate about engaging participants in fun and effective workouts. The role involves maintaining a positive atmosphere, answering inquiries, and promoting fitness classes.

Candidates must possess a Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification and a valid CPR/AED Certification. Additional perks include free membership for one family member and competitive pay ranging from $15 to $35 per hour.

• Must be experienced in group fitness and able to engage class participants.
• Must have strong customer service skills and be a motivating presence.
• Dependable and organized, capable of maintaining class schedules.

Essential Purpose

Engage and "wow" our members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun results focused group workout where everyone feels successful.

About the Role

The successful candidate must be capable of answering questions and concerns of participants, solicit feedback about the class, be dependable and consistent in class schedule starting and ending times, maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members, while promoting the gym and Group Fitness classes.

Required Certifications

Hourly Pay Range

$15—$35 USD
