Responsibilities include:

• Developing effective, engaging, and motivating class formats with fun and appropriate playlists.
• Building class attendance and offering modifications to accommodate all fitness levels.
• Providing class coverage at multiple locations.

Requirements:

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification or specialty class license (e.g., Zumba) and current CPR/AED certification (no online certifications accepted).
• Experience in Group Fitness, Personal Training, or related fields.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to engage participants effectively as a public speaker.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
