The role requires sustained physical activity at levels exceeding normal resting conditions, placing significant demand on the cardiovascular, respiratory, and musculoskeletal systems. The instructor must be able to demonstrate exercises, lead fitness classes, and frequently lift, carry, or move equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is primarily a fitness facility setting and may include exposure to elevated noise levels due to amplified music used during group fitness classes. Classroom locations may vary based on facility scheduling and room availability. Classes may be conducted in spaces with different flooring surfaces, including hardwood floors, fitness studio flooring, or carpeted areas.
