Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is hiring a Group Fitness Instructor to lead classes, engage members, and uphold Crunch Fitness standards. The GFI will run diverse group workouts, ensure safety and energy, and support club guidelines. Certification in CPR/AED and national aerobics credentials preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Strong member service skills.
• Nationally accredited aerobic certification (AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred).
• Yoga or Pilates certifications are acceptable

• Build a supportive and motivating rapport with members and guests.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Actively promote other group fitness classes and personal training programs
• Attend all required club/team meetings.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

The Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) is the face our Group Fitness team. The GFI will lead members in a group environment through safe and effective fitness classes. They will teach exciting and challenging Group Fitness classes for Crunch Fitness members and guests. He or she will exhibit a passion for small group class-based training and maintain a high level of energy for class attendees.

Employment Eligibility

Salary

$22 / hr (wage and bump rate)
