Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a dedicated Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) to lead Crunch Fitness members in high-energy, safety-conscious group classes. The GFI will promote a positive atmosphere, maintain equipment knowledge, and ensure standards and policies are followed.

A strong service mindset and ability to motivate attendees are essential. The role requires current CPR/AED certification and nationally accredited aerobic certification (AFAA/ACE/NASM or Yoga/Pilates certs accepted).

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Strong member service skills.
• Good verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Instruct a variety of group exercise classes.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and exercises.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the training rooms.
• Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Always maintain professional disposition.
• Build a supportive and motivating rapport with members and guests.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Actively promote other group fitness classes and personal training programs
• Attend all required club/team meetings.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
