Engage and wow our members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun results focused group workout where everyone feels successful.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and concerns of participants and solicit feedback about the class.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members while promoting the gym and group fitness classes.
• Be dependable and consistent in class schedule starting and ending times.
• Ensure group fitness studio cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain building and equipment safety and perform necessary maintenance.
• Engage in continuing education.
• Maintain timeliness.
• Ensure member satisfaction.
• Manage class size appropriately.
• Report safety incidents and injuries promptly.

Pay

California Pay Range: $17.87—$55 USD
