Position Overview & Responsibilities:

Tru Fit Athletic Club is seeking motivated, high energy Group Fitness Instructors to lead our members in a group environment through a format of exercises designed to enhance overall fitness, strength, and endurance.

1. Create a motivational and fun environment while teaching.
2. Correct form and routine to accommodate all fitness levels.
3. Develop positive relationships with gym members.

Programs may include:

1. Indoor Cycling, Zumba, Yoga, Step, Les Mills, and much more!

Requirements:

1. A valid nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification (ex. NASM, ISSA, ACE).
2. CPR certified.
3. 1+ years of experience teaching group fitness classes.
4. Offer consistent start and end time for all classes.
5. Always maintain a positive attitude towards members.
6. Positively promote the gym and services offered.
7. Energetic personality.
8. Excellent motivational skills.
