Recess Fitness Club in Dallas is looking for dynamic fitness instructors to elevate their group fitness program. Candidates should possess 2–3+ years of experience, creativity in workout design, and a strong community spirit. Instructors will have the opportunity to lead classes in various formats including Yoga, HIIT, and Strength Training.

We’re hiring instructors who are:
Independent and self-motivated with a strong personal brand
Creative and confident in designing purposeful, engaging workouts
Experienced (2–3+ years minimum in group fitness instruction)
Fully comfortable programming their own workouts for diverse groups
Professional, punctual, and passionate about building community
Adaptable and collaborative with a team-first mindset
Comfortable instructing to a range of fitness levels in a group setting
We’re currently looking for instructors in the following formats:
Yoga (Power Flow, Restorative, Functional Mobility)
HIIT (Athletic conditioning, bootcamp-style formats)
Strength Training (Barbell, dumbbell, resistance-based classes)
Floor Pilates
