Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes and inspire members on their fitness journey at our Killeen, TX club. The role focuses on delivering engaging group workouts, building member relationships, and upholding Crunch’s standards for a welcoming, energetic class experience.

You will work with members of all levels, bringing motivation, clear communication, and a professional demeanor to every session.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred)
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to provide a high energy class environment
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Deliver motivational instruction during the member Class-ic Group Fitness experience
• Helping members achieve their goals on their fitness journey
• Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes
• Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers
• Participate and be engaged with weekly emails, monthly ZOOMs
• Attend the quarterly staff meeting for onsite training and new quarter class roll out
• Be involved with the instructor portal and social media for updates and brand promotions
