Taymax Group, LP, via Planet Fitness in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a PE@PF trainer to guide members toward their fitness goals by designing simple workouts and teaching proper equipment use.

The role emphasizes a welcoming environment, top-notch customer service, CPR and a recognized personal training certification (IFA, ACE, or NCSF) and a passion for health and fitness. Day-to-day tasks include member orientation, program scheduling, and front desk support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Personal training certification preferred or required (IFA/ACE/NCSF).
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsabilités

• Familiarize members with the facility and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct and run the PE@PF program and create schedules.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and provide motivation.
• Instruct and acclimate members to equipment and proper usage.
• Create bi-weekly exercise updates and meet class requirements.
• Assist front desk with signing in members, tours, sign-ups, and inquiries.
• Participate in daily cleaning and equipment maintenance.
• Address member questions promptly and escalate when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
