Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively with members and staff.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Diplomacy in all interactions and appropriate language.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize members with the facility and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and manage schedules.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and provide motivation.
• Instruct and demonstrate safe use of all equipment.
• Create bi-weekly workout updates with diverse exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist at the front desk with phones, tours, and member check-ins.
• Support daily club cleaning and equipment maintenance.
• Address member questions promptly and escalate as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
