Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Fitness Coach to lead high-energy, scalable group workouts at the OTF 904 Region facility. You will deliver predesigned workouts for groups of 10+ and ensure a fun, inclusive, and safe fitness experience for exercisers of all levels.

The role requires current fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider and CPR/AED certification, with a focus on studio engagement, attendance building, and member retention.

Qualifications

• Deliver high energy, fun class to help members achieve success.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized during group sessions.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Successfully coach predesigned workouts to groups of 10+.
• Create a fun and inclusive fitness experience for all levels.
• Provide a clean and safe environment for members to work out.
• Energize and motivate clients through the sessions.
• Build attendance and retain members.
• Modify exercises to accommodate different skill levels.
• Attend monthly/quarterly staff meetings and regional trainings.
• Handle member concerns and assist in the sales process.
