A leading fitness franchise in Washington is seeking an OTF Fitness Coach to deliver heart-rate based workouts to clients. The ideal candidate will engage and motivate members while ensuring proper techniques are demonstrated. Responsibilities include managing class dynamics, focusing on safety, and engaging with participants. Candidates must have a current fitness certification, effective interpersonal skills, and a passion for fitness. Competenze

• Must currently hold current fitness certification from an OTF approved education company.
• 1+ years of experience in teaching groups or personal training.
• Must be able to safely lift and move up to 40lbs.
