Qualifications

• Must currently hold fitness certification from an OTF approved education company.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels.

Responsabilités

• Conduct workouts for up to 45 clients, demonstrating exercises and ensuring safety.
• Manage class dynamics and create a positive atmosphere.
