A leading fitness franchise is seeking a Fitness Coach to deliver scientifically predesigned workouts and motivate up to 45 clients per session. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coach various fitness levels. The ideal candidate will hold an OTF-approved fitness certification and have experience in group training. You will foster a positive atmosphere and ensure client safety during workouts. Qualifications

• Must currently hold a fitness certification from an OTF approved education company.
• 1+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry.
• Must be able to safely lift and move up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate members through exercises.
• Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere during workouts.
• Ensure safety and prevent injuries by monitoring participants.
