Job summary

Taymax Group, LP is seeking a qualified trainer at our Palatka, FL location to run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program. You will design a simple workout plan for new members and instruct them on proper equipment use, helping them achieve their fitness goals.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• CPR certification required.
• Personal training certification from IFA, ACE or NCSF is required.

Responsibilities

• Run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and create/ follow a schedule.
• Assist new members in achieving fitness goals and instruct proper equipment use.
• Instruct and acclimate members on equipment safety and usage.
• Provide bi-weekly updates with a variety of exercises.
• Handle front desk duties: check-ins, signing up new members, tours, and phone inquiries.
• Maintain club cleanliness and general equipment maintenance.
• Respond to member questions and escalate as needed.
• Support other duties as assigned.
