Job summary

Taymax Group, a Planet Fitness multi-unit franchisee, is seeking a part-time Trainer to run the PE@PF fitness program at the Menifee club. You will help new members design simple workouts and instruct proper use of equipment to reach their fitness goals.

Your role includes front desk support, member tours, and maintaining a welcoming club atmosphere while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Exceptional customer service skills; ability to interact positively with members and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and create the schedule.
• Instruct members on equipment and proper use; motivate and support fitness goals.
• Assist at the front desk; sign-ups, member tours, check-ins, and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the club; respond to questions professionally.
• Elevate issues to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
