Job summary

Behavioral Health Network is seeking a part-time Group Facilitator for the Proteus IPAEP to work on-site in Ware, MA and nearby locations. You will oversee weekly intervention groups, conduct intake assessments, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with Victim Advocates and Survivor Leadership Council to support survivors.

The role requires familiarity with domestic violence issues, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and at least two years in social services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two+ years of experience in social services.
• Familiarity with domestic violence issues is required.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing intervention groups weekly.
• Conducting intake assessments of individuals served.
• Ensuring that assessments, notes, completions, and terminations are up to date.
• Communicating with Victim Advocates and Survivor Leadership Council.
• Providing data and trends to local Survivor Leadership Council and supervision team.
