Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring Group Facilitators for first shift (8:00 AM-4:30 PM), five days per week, including every other weekend. You will lead psychoeducational and therapeutic groups and support clients on their recovery journey.

Collaborate with therapists and nursing staff, monitor progress, document sessions accurately, and maintain compliant records. Indiana license or CADAC I-V or LMHC/LMFT is required; prior substance use/behavioral health experience is

• Compassionate, ethical, and dependable with recovery experience may be required.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate psychoeducational, process, and therapeutic groups that support clients throughout their recovery journey


• Help clients develop healthy coping skills, positive behaviors, and recovery tools


• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and the multidisciplinary treatment team to monitor client progress


• Communicate significant client concerns promptly to the Clinical Director or appropriate clinical leadership


• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all group sessions and client interactions


• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards

What We're Looking For

• Current Indiana clinical license or addiction counseling credential (CADAC I-V, LAC, LCAC, LMHC, or LMFT)


• One year of experience in substance use or behavioral health treatment preferred


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and observational skills


• Strong clinical judgment and professionalism


• Compassionate, ethical, and dependable, with a genuine passion for helping others


• If in recovery, a minimum of one year of sustained sobriety is required
