Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne is seeking Group Facilitators for first shift to support clients on their recovery journey. You will lead psychoeducational and therapeutic groups, collaborate with therapists and nurses, and ensure accurate documentation for ongoing care.

Ideal candidates hold Indiana licensure or addiction counseling credentials, with 1+ year in substance use or behavioral health. Strong communication and compassionate professionalism are essential.

Now hiring Group Facilitators for First Shift (8:00 AM-4:30 PM), five days per week, including every other weekend!

What You'll Do

• Facilitate psychoeducational, process, and therapeutic groups that support clients throughout their recovery journey
• Help clients develop healthy coping skills, positive behaviors, and recovery tools
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and the multidisciplinary treatment team to monitor client progress
• Communicate significant client concerns promptly to the Clinical Director or appropriate clinical leadership
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all group sessions and client interactions
• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards

What We're Looking For

• Now accepting associate's licensures (LMHCA,LMFTA, LACA)
• Current Indiana clinical license or addiction counseling credential preferred (CADAC I-V, LAC, LCAC, LMHC, or LMFT)
• One year of experience in substance use or behavioral health treatment preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and observational skills
• Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
• Compassionate, ethical, and dependable, with a genuine passion for helping others
• If in recovery, a minimum of one year of sustained sobriety is required
