Recovery Centers of America (RCA) is seeking a Group Facilitator–Coach to deliver psychoeducation and specialty groups that support patients in achieving lasting recovery. You’ll receive full training and curriculum to ensure consistent, high-quality care aligned with the RCA Care Model.

In this role, you’ll lead 15–20 one-hour groups per week, provide patient coaching, and support with operational needs to maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree or state-required education minimum.
• 2+ years of related experience, preferably in residential treatment.
• Maryland CAC-AD, CAC-approved Supervisor License, or A&D Trainee Status preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

Pay Range The estimated pay range for this job. Disclosing pay information promotes competitive and equitable pay. The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience. $19.00 - $21.00
