Job summary

EXOS is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise - Aqua Fitness Instructor to lead engaging water-based group classes and motivate participants of diverse fitness levels. The role emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and delivering tailored workouts in a positive environment.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of group exercise leadership, an aqua certification (AEA or equivalent), CPR/AED certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited aqua group exercise certification (e.g. AEA) required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals in a group setting.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
