The University of North Dakota in Grand Forks invites applications for a part-time Group Exercise Instructor. You will lead group classes, demonstrate proper technique, and promote wellness to students and community members.
This position is non-benefited and limited to UND students. CPR/First Aid/AED certification (or ability to obtain within two weeks) is required. Hours: 5–10 per week at $14.00 per hour. No remote work; on-campus presence supports safety and program promotion.
The Group Exercise Instructor delivers a high-quality movement experience by using modalities, exercises, and encouragement in a group setting that are utilized to improve fitness qualities (e.g. strength, endurance, stability, flexibility). The instructor also serves as an ambassador for fitness promotion and a healthy lifestyle to members; and is a resource for other fitness-related services offered within the facility.
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
