POSITION SUMMARY :
The primary purpose of the Fitness & Recreation Center (F&RC) is to provide facilities that enhance the learning experience by supporting the academic programs in the Health and Wellness Division. The F&RC also supports Intramural Programs and the College Athletic Programs. The function of the F&RC is to provide quality recreation, fitness programs, through facilities designed to enhance and contribute to the development of the total person. The F&RC will promote enjoyable activities and provide opportunities for positive social interaction for the; individual, family, and community. Recreational opportunities include basketball, volleyball, swimming, jogging, weight lifting, racquetball, tennis, aerobics, yoga, pilates, soccer, and more.
General Function:
Provide guidance and leadership to F&RC group exercise classes. Under the direction of the Fitness & Rec Manager the instructor will teach a safe and fun class.
