Job Summary

The Group Exercise Instructor plans and conducts engaging exercise classes for Members, providing leadership and personalized guidance to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Maintain a service-oriented environment, recognizing Members personally and ensuring safe, effective workouts.
• Lead confidently, serving as a fitness role model.
• Design classes based on current fitness trends and popular formats.
• Update choreography and playlists regularly.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities.
• Complete administrative tasks related to classes.
• Maintain classroom equipment and supplies.
• Encourage Member interaction and promote club activities.

About You

• Experience as a Group Exercise instructor.
• Certification in CPR, First Aid, AED, and a recognized group exercise certification (AFAA or ACE).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
