Job summary

Intuit's Payments Platform powers billions in transactions across QuickBooks, Bill Pay, GoPayment, and Merchant Payments. As Group Engineering Manager for Payments Platform, you will lead a team of 40–60 engineers and 3–5 engineering managers, owning the reliability, evolution, and delivery of Intuit's core payment systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will set technical direction, drive quarterly roadmap execution, and partner with Product, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to deliver

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years leading engineering managers.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale payments or financial infrastructure.
• Strong depth in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end platform delivery and roadmap for Payments Platform across infrastructure.
• Lead multiple sub-teams with quarterly sprint execution and governance.
• Set architectural direction for payment processing and real-time systems.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to meet KPIs.
