Job summary

P10, a remote-first agency, is seeking a senior engagement strategist in the United States. You will lead and mentor a team of strategists, shaping brand and engagement strategies alongside client service and creative teams.

You will drive new business presentations and stay ahead of the competitive marketplace, leveraging extensive pharma agency experience to build trusted client relationships and challenge assumptions constructively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of US pharma agency experience with deep engagement strategy expertise.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and challenge assumptions constructively.
