Olsson in Oklahoma City is seeking a South Site Design Group Leader to guide a high‑performing design team within our Civil Group. You will manage staff, set goals, oversee project execution, and ensure client satisfaction on land development and related markets.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field (or an associated degree with equivalent experience), at least 8 years of engineering experience and 4 years of supervision, and knowledge of Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience.
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily management and leadership for the design group.
• Set performance expectations and align goals with team objectives.
• Monitor project performance, utilization, and workload to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee project management and quality control within the group.
• Mentor staff and support professional development.
• Ensure high-quality client service and effective communication with clients.
• Collaborate with other group leaders to align goals and strategies.
• Support business development and client pursuits within the group.
