Qualifications

• Experience designing services or marketplaces where people are part of the product.
• Hands-on AI-native product design with AI + human-expertise in high-stakes workflows.
• Proven record of leading product design and building high-performing teams.
• Ability to set strategic direction while staying close to the work details.
• Strong POV on interaction design, systems thinking, usability, and craft.
• Experience with SMB, accounting, fintech, or similar high-trust domain.
• Ability to align Product, Engineering, Services, Risk, Legal, and Compliance around a vision.
