Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line is looking for a Vacation Matchmaker in Florida who turns inquiries into bookings by presenting itineraries, ship highlights, and onboard credits to guests.

You’ll be on the phones, build lasting relationships, and work toward sales goals through daily huddles and training while representing a brand known for unforgettable getaways.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Marketing/Business degree preferred.
• Excellent phone communication that builds rapport and trust.
• Sales experience, especially in travel or cruise industry, is a plus.
