DHL Supply Chain is seeking a First Shift Group Coordinator Lead in Spartanburg, SC. The role oversees work group scheduling, training, and daily workload management to ensure efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for assigning work schedules and monitoring progress for the work group.
• Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to the work group; manage daily workloads.
• Conduct training for new associates and maintain legible, accurate records.
• Review documents from team members for accuracy and legibility; monitor performance.
• Open/close and secure the building as directed; report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

Position: First Shift Group Coordinator Lead

Shift: Monday - Sunday 6:00am – 6:00pm Rotating Shifts

Pay: $20.90 per hour + $2.00 Weekend Shift Premium (Saturday & Sunday)
