DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead for the 2nd shift (430pm-130am) to supervise daily warehouse activities in Ohio. You will lead a team of associates, coach performance, and ensure safety and quality standards while coordinating inbound/outbound operations and using Blue Yonder WMS.

Experience with warehouse operations, RF scanners, and MS Excel is preferred; forklift experience is required. Competitive pay and benefits available to eligible associates.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, case picking, layer picking, manual picking, shipping and receiving.
• Serve as a working lead by providing direction, coaching, and support to warehouse associates.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) including Reach Trucks, Forklifts, and Mid Riders while supporting floor operations as needed.
• Utilize Blue Yonder WMS, RF scanners, Microsoft Forms, Excel, and other warehouse systems to manage inventory and operational processes.
• Process and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping documents, and inventory transactions.
• Monitor workflow and staffing needs to ensure productivity and service levels.
• Support parcel, LTL, and truckload operations; assist with floor-loaded inbound/outbound shipments and container processing.
• Promote a safe work environment and adherence to procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct associate coaching and performance discussions as required.

• Promote a safe work environment and ensure adherence to operational procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct associate coaching and performance discussions as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help drive operational excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position: Group Coordinator Lead

Shift: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 430pm-130am

Pay: $ 21.35

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:

• Experience with warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics preferred.
• Experience operating Reach Trucks, Forklifts, and Mid Riders preferred.
• Knowledge of WMS systems, preferably Blue Yonder.
• Experience using RF scanners, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Forms, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, eager to learn, and interested in career growth opportunities.
• Comfortable holding associates accountable and having difficult conversations when necessary.

Role Purpose

Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct training for new associates.
• Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.
• Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.
• Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

Required Education and Experience

• 6-12 months warehouse experience
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
