Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead on the 1st shift in Fort Worth. The role involves assigning work schedules, training associates, and monitoring progress for the work group, with daily supervision and accountability for workloads.

Qualifications include 6–12 months of warehouse experience, forklift operation experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. A forklift certificate or completion of forklift training within 30 days is preferred. Benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
• Open/close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if not self-correctable.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

Shift: 1st

Hours: 5AM - 1:30P

Days: Monday - Friday

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Required Qualifications: Monitor performance of associates within the work group and Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates. Also, to perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 6 months experience of Group Coordinator Lead.
