Job summary

SAGE Counseling is seeking a Full-Time Clinician in Yuma, AZ to lead 10–12 therapy groups weekly and provide individual counseling. The role supports clients within the criminal justice system, including sexual offenders, with documentation due within 24 hours of service.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health required.
• MRT training preferred.
• Experience with adult sexual offenders preferred.
• Group facilitation experience preferred.
• Behavioral Health Licensure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 10–12 therapeutic counseling groups weekly on a variety of topics, including MRT.
• Clients include adult sexual offenders and those involved in the criminal justice system.
• Maintain clinical documentation within 24 hours of service provided.
• Attend supervision, team meetings, and trainings as assigned.
