Position Details

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Role: Substitute Group Fitness Instructor, working on an as-needed basis

HealthFitness seeks Group Class Instructors to join our fitness team at our multi-client site in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will deliver fun, effective, and safe group exercise classes to participating members.

We are looking for general GX instructors as well as specialty instructors to sub when regular instructors are unavailable. The schedule varies, requiring availability in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Parking is provided at all sites. There is also potential to increase hours by subbing at other client sites in the area.

Qualifications

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA-accredited organization.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or BLS from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute, required before start date.
• 1+ years of experience teaching group fitness classes is preferred.

Compensation

$30 - $40 per class, depending on experience and qualifications.
