In this flexible, as-needed teaching role, you’ll lead diverse classes—dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit training—delivering safe, engaging workouts that help members reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit training.
• Create fun, safe, and effective workouts that keep participants engaged.
• Motivate and support members to reach their fitness goals.
• Adopt a flexible, as-needed teaching schedule.

In this role, you’ll lead fun, safe, and effective group fitness classes that keep participants coming back for more—think dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit training, and more! Whether you're pumping up the playlist or building a supportive fitness community, you’ll play a key role in helping members reach their goals.

This is a flexible, as-needed teaching opportunity , perfect for instructors who thrive on variety and want to make an impact on their schedule.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $20/hr - $35/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
